Hello! I’m Mandee.

Hi there! I am a UX Supervisor & Designer at Raymond James Financial.

I received a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Graphic Design from Minnesota State University in 2010. After graduation, I interned and worked for several years as a graphic designer.

With an interest to move into the UX space I was hired as a UX designer at Raymond James in 2015. I enjoy continual learning and in the last 5 years have gained three UX certifications, attended numerous UX conferences, developed UX learning plans, and spent hours and hours deep in the world of self-study.

I moved from an entry level UX position to Senior/Team Lead, and recently to supervisor. I enjoy mentoring others in their UX careers and leading the overall UX strategy of our company.
